Smoke, Spice & Sweater Weather: This Week's Specials at Brickstone

The clocks have fallen back, the evenings are getting dark early, and New England has fully committed to fall. That's our cue to light things up at Brickstone Brewhouse & Tavern. This week's specials lineup brings smoky cocktails, a seriously loaded steak plate, a Southwest twist on our pizza, and the kind of seasonal pours that make a chilly night feel like a reward. Here's what's on the board starting 11.3.

Start With Something Crunchy

BBQ Potato Chips — $10 Some things are better made in-house, and chips top the list. Our hand-cut chips get a generous dusting of BBQ seasoning and come with campfire sauce for dipping. They're built for sharing, though nobody would blame you for keeping the basket to yourself. Order them with a cold draught and you've got the perfect start to the night.

The Main Event

Loaded Filet Tips — $35 This is the plate for when you're properly hungry. Diced filet mignon is tossed in a rich bourbon glaze with sautéed mushrooms, onions and peppers, then served over whipped potatoes with a side of asparagus. Tender steak, a sweet and smoky glaze, and real comfort-food sides: it's everything a November dinner should be.

Santa Fe Pizza — $23 Our pizza heads southwest this week. We swap the usual sauce for an avocado sour cream base, then pile on grilled chicken, black beans, corn, red onions and tomatoes before finishing it with a ranch drizzle. It's fresh, creamy and loaded with flavor in every slice, and it makes a great table share alongside a round of drinks.

Save Room for Dessert

Chocolate Lava Cake — $10 Cut in and watch the center spill out. Our chocolate sponge cake hides a molten milk chocolate core and is served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Warm and cold, rich and creamy: it's the right way to end the night.

Behind the Bar: Cocktails

The Smoke Show — $15 Patrón Reposado and Ilegal mezcal team up with maple syrup and orange bitters for a cocktail that's smoky, smooth and just a little sweet. Think of it as a campfire in a glass, made for sipping slowly.

Sweater Weather — $15 Grey Goose vodka meets pomegranate and lemon rosemary in a bright, crisp, gently herbal drink. It tastes like fall feels: cozy, with a little bite.

On Draft: Fall Beers & Ciders

Our taps are fully into the season this week.

  • Jack's Abby Copper Legend — $8. A Märzen on draught at 5.7% ABV: malty, toasty and smooth, the classic Oktoberfest-style lager.

  • Shipyard Pumpkin Ale — $9. Served with a cinnamon sugar rim at 4.5% ABV. Want to make it dessert? Add caramel or vanilla vodka for +$4.

  • Stormalong Mass Appeal Cider — $9. A crisp, local Massachusetts favorite at 5.5% ABV.

  • Down East Hard Cider Caramel Apple — $9. A caramel apple in a glass at 5.0% ABV, sweet, fruity and perfect for the season.
