Halloween week is here, and our kitchen and bar have cooked up a lineup that's more treat than trick. Starting Wednesday, October 28, Brickstone Brewhouse & Tavern is serving four new specials and two seasonal cocktails, available while they last.

This Week's Specials

Sticky Ribs | $16

Our baby back ribs are slow-braised in an Asian broth of ginger, garlic, gluten-free soy sauce, Szechuan pepper, honey, star anise, rice wine and scallions. Then we fry them crispy and toss them in sweet chili sauce. Topped with pickled cabbage and scallions, five bones to an order.

Candied Bacon Meatloaf Melt | $22

A hearty 10 oz slice of house meatloaf, made with ground beef, Ritz cracker crumbs and our candied bacon bits (brown sugar, onions, coffee, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup). It's stacked on Texas toast with smoked cheddar, whiskey BBQ sauce and onion jam. Comfort food, fully loaded.

Pastrami Pizza | $23

A deli favorite meets our brick oven. We start with a honey mustard base, then layer on mozzarella, red onions and plenty of pastrami.

Whistle Pig Fudge | $10

Save room for this one. A half pound of rich fudge made with bittersweet Swiss chocolate, WhistlePig 6-year bourbon and a touch of orange zest. Perfect for sharing, or not.

Halloween Cocktails

Here for the Boos | $15

Ketel One vodka, Chambord, cranberry and lemon. Bright, berry-forward and dangerously easy to sip.

Black Magic Woman | $16

Don Julio Reposado, Luxardo cherry juice, maple and house bitters. Dark, smooth and a little bit wicked.
